- This position is full-time and will require someone who can work 37.5 hours per week
- Perform administrative duties such as managing follow up tasks, contacting patients to facilitate next steps in their care and updating the EMR system
- A minimum of 1+ year of professional administrative experience (required);
- Knowledge of sleep medicine and CPAP therapy (preferred);
- Sales experience (preferred);
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail;
- Adaptable, with the ability to understand and apply new procedures quickly;
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills and good time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines;
- Ability to multi-task, assess situations and prioritize tasks accordingly;
- Strong listening skills with the ability to follow direction effectively
